Shipping Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Your earrings ship within 2 business days (often sooner!), and I'll email your tracking number when they're on their way. U.S. orders ship for a flat $5 with tracking, no matter how many pairs you order. Every pair arrives in a gift box, ready to give (or keep, I won't tell ;).
If I'm traveling or away from the studio, I'll post a note here and on the shop page.
Outside the U.S.? Email team@jenniferbonneteau.com and I'll send you a shipping quote.
LOVE THEM, OR YOUR MONEY BACK
I want you to love your Plectra earrings. If something isn't right, email me within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right, or you'll get your money back.
Changed your mind? Send back unworn earrings in their original box within 30 days for a refund of the earring price.
Ears not happy? Some ears are more sensitive than others. If your earrings bother your ears, email me within 30 days. Send them back in their original box and I'll refund you or swap them for a different pair.
Arrived damaged? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement right away, on me.
Return shipping is on you, and original shipping isn't refundable.
THE PLECTRA PROMISE
If an ear wire or jump ring breaks with normal wear within 90 days, I'll repair or replace your pair. Just email me a photo. This doesn't cover lost earrings, water damage, or the dog's chew-toy phase.
CARING FOR YOUR PLECTRA EARRINGS
Wipe them clean with a soft microfiber cloth. Keep them dry, and take them off before swimming or showering to keep your gold bright.
